II.              Ascension into heaven
A.    Christ ascended to a place
B.    Christ received glory and honor that had not been His before as the God-man
C.    Christ was seated at God’s right hand
D.    Christ’s ascension has doctrinal significance for our lives
 
III.            States of Jesus Christ - different relationships Jesus had to God’s law
A.    Humiliation - what happened on earth before the resurrection
