This Psalm states that God is the believer's true inheritance, providing daily needs and securing both present and future circumstances, rather than material possessions. How can Psalm 16:5 deepen our understanding of contentment in God's plan? Contentment begins with ownership: God Himself is the believer’s inheritance. Security comes from sovereignty; since the Lord sets every boundary, nothing is accidental. Provision is personal: God supplies what He assigns.
