 Donation\n•    Must bring a valid form of ID\n•    Feel well and h
 ealthy at least 3 days before donation\n•    Age 16-79 and be at least
  110 pounds\nAge 16 must have parental consent\n•    Hydrate well and 
 eat a full meal at least 4 hours prior to donation\nDonor Thank You Gift\n
