Ephesians4Ministries

The goal of the Ephesians4Ministry is to teach and equip you for LIFE!

There are so many skills necessary for godly living-marriage, family, finances, how to study the Bible, how to share one's faith, how to pray, etc. These are skills that must be learned-no one is a "natural". We will also seek to ground you in your knowledge and understanding of the core doctrines, disciplines, and distinctives of the Christian life.

Christ commands us in Matthew 28:19, to "go and make disciples of all nations" and in 2 Timothy 2:2, we are instructed to take what Scripture teaches and "entrust [it] to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others."

Ephesians 4 explains that God has given gifted individuals "to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."

We believe that a healthy disciple is a Spirit-filled believer who is reflecting both the character and priority of Christ in their lives. Making disciples is a growing process where persons are transformed into Christ-likeness.

Therefore, the vision of Ephesians4Ministry is to help adults GROW into healthy disciples of Jesus Christ by providing educational experiences (100-400 level classes and groups) designed to develop adults in becoming Spirit-filled believers who are reflecting the character and priority of Christ in their lives and to equip them for ministry work and leadership.

Please contact the church office (717-367-2995 or office@alliancechurch.com) for more information on the current classes/small groups.
