Who We Are
The Deacons are a group of elected men who GO and serve people of this church in the areas of financial assistance and other physical needs.

What We Do
The Deacons provide financial assistance to people of the church and others who are going through difficult situations. Additionally, financial counseling is a fundamental part of this ministry as they assist and educate individuals and families in establishing and maintaining budgets. Another arm of this ministry is providing physical assistance to families who are moving into a new residence. The Deacons organize teams of individuals who provide "muscle power" to others in the church by moving their belongings, while the Deaconesses organize a meal for all the helpers that day.

Ways to Get Involved

• Become a Deacon - If you have interests in financial consulting, this can be an opportunity for you.
• Be a part of the moving team - We are always looking for men, women, boys and girls to help show Christ's love to one another by helping a person or family move into a new location.
• Give to the Deacon fund - If you have a means of providing financial assistance to others but do not know who may be in need, give to the Deacon benevolent fund.
